Crime By the Book: The Truth Be Damned
Time & Location
About the event
Quincy native Janet Uhlar's life was altered during the summer of 2013 when she was picked to be a juror in the criminal trial of James “Whitey” Bulger. She was profoundly struck by the corruption within the judiciary system and the failures of the media. Already an author of two historical accounts of the American Revolution, Janet did further research into the case, including three private, face-to-face conversations with Whitey himself and unlocked information that has never been revealed. Unlike all the other stories you may have heard about Bulger, Janet had access and was willing to ask Bulger what was true and what wasn't. Come hear her story.
